About The Role:

As a CBRE Client Consulting Sr. Analyst, you will deliver strategic insight to client portfolios through research, data collection, and data management for the development of deliverables.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

What You'll Do:

  • Present financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables. Examples include market plans, process improvements, management practices, trend analysis, portfolio optimization recommendations, and business unit communications.

  • Manage, clean, and analyze disparate data sources to identify key trends and insights to assist portfolio planning team. Create data visualizations to present information to client team in a clear and concise manner.

  • Create and support ongoing maintenance of dashboards and supporting data sources.

  • Assist in development and completion of strategic real estate plans by working with cross-functional real estate teams; serve as conduit between teams to ensure smooth communication and information sharing.

  • Conduct and present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to clients. Provide preliminary recommendations.

  • Review and document cost saves from regional and national initiatives.

  • Manage the budgeting process for client capital and operating expenses. Provide efficient and reliable service to clients.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward terms.

What You'll Need:

  • MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent experience, or Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Experience with analytics software such as Tableau, R, and SQL preferred but not required.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
