RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Be a project consultant on green building or ESG consulting services based on expertise and current workload.

• Support CBRE’s Sustainability teams (CBRE Thailand, and CBRE ESG regional consulting network) to raise and promote awareness and opportunities as they relate to ESG principles.

• Update trends and develop ideas of new or enhanced services and opportunities for the team.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's degree in Architect, Engineer or related fields.

• 0-3 years of working experience in real estate sector (design, consulting, construction, commissioning, and/or operation), Green building, and/or sustainability field with evidence of continued professional development.

• Having Green Building or building related Credentials from the list is a plus

• LEED AP, TREES A

• WELL AP, fitwel

• Wiredscore/Smartscore AP

• Excellent and proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers, peers, management, contractors, and investors, in both Thai and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: the ability to summarise and convey complex content.

• Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintain work quality.

• Show tact, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.

• Ability to work on corporate-wide projects and with different teams who may have different working culture.

• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks on corporate, portfolio and asset level such as UN SDG, GRI, PRI, GRESB, TCFD, EU taxonomy, ISO is a plus.
