RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support on hotel and serviced apartments investment sales, advisory work, and research
Help secure listings, prepare marketing materials for sale of assets, close real estate transactions
Perform site inspections and property due diligence
Presentation of services to clients and ascertain client needs
Analyze land title deeds
Compile and update hotel and serviced apartments l supply data
Prepare proposals and marketing materials for sale of assets or consulting work
Under supervision of senior team members, develop pro forma financial projections, preliminary asset valuations
Project document gathering
Help to negotiate contracts and play a role in property closings
Review financial performance and key operational indicators for subject properties, and of the broader market supply of hospitality assets
Support the team in operator selection processes, with a particular focus on RFPs, and HMA terms and conditions
Ad hoc office support as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor or Masters degree in hotel real estate, or finance
At least 2 years of business development, agency, valuation, or consulting work experience on hotel and serviced apartments assets
Knowledge of valuation methods and hotel / serviced apartments P&Ls
Experience in hotel or serviced apartments operations, financial analysis, or revenue management would be advantageous
Detail-oriented, strong organization skills,
Business development or analytical minded
Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be proficient in writing, reading, and speaking English and Thai
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of construction, city planning laws, is a plus
