RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers all incoming calls and handles caller’s inquiries.

  • Greets and assists visitors and clients.

  • Supervises/coordinates all areas covered by the receptionist desk such as mails, couriers, vendors and suppliers and issuance of car parking coupon.

  • Supervises the preparation of conference rooms.

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Fluent in Thai and English (both listening and speaking).

  • Some work experience in receptionist or a service field.

  • New graduates are welcome.

  • Good personality and has a service mindset.

  • Confident and has some problem-solving skills.
