RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers all incoming calls and handles caller’s inquiries.
Greets and assists visitors and clients.
Supervises/coordinates all areas covered by the receptionist desk such as mails, couriers, vendors and suppliers and issuance of car parking coupon.
Supervises the preparation of conference rooms.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Fluent in Thai and English (both listening and speaking).
Some work experience in receptionist or a service field.
New graduates are welcome.
Good personality and has a service mindset.
Confident and has some problem-solving skills.
