RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive all marketing initiatives of the Industrial & logistic teams
Market CBRE Industrial & logistics to potential buyers, investors, sellers, lessee’s and lessors
Use and deal with marketing mediums including EDM, LINE, Facebook, LinkedIn etc
Prepare and collate marketing collateral in accordance with CBRE brand guidelines to best promote the properties and the team
Prepare and develop standard documents and market material to be used for both marketing properties and client presentation for CBRE
Track and monitor each property in terms of number of times marketed and response rates achieved
Update, manage and develop the team stock methodology and keep team informed of availability
Obtain quotes for sale boards and make arrangements for installation
Obtain and organize marketing photography (drones, onsite photos)
Attend internal team meetings, respond to marketing requests, and provide marketing feedback
Suggest and drive improvements to marketing to increase success rates
Sole agency project management (Targeting buyers, client reporting formats)
Continually develop the team marketing methods and outputs based on success of methodology and materials
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in any related marketing or business fields
5 years of working experience in support function or similar roles, preferably in real estate field
Skillful in computer programs especially those used for marketing design and mapping
Service mind and team working skills with assertiveness personality
Time management and communication skills are essential
Strong attention to details and deadline
Very good command of written & spoken English
