CBRE Design Collective is seeking a Senior Design Project Lead with experience in the following markets:

· Corporate (preferred)

· Aviation (desired)

· Retail (desired)

· Hospitality (desired)

This position can be located in Atlanta.

What you will do in this role:

· Provides formal supervision to individual employees as well as assigning team duties and responsibilities

· Prepares and manages manpower budgets as well as construction/procurement budgets

· Primary daily contact with the client

· Responsible for the success of projects, including design quality, financial management, client satisfaction and team management

· Reviews contract documents for completeness and organization

· Oversees design reviews with the design team to promote innovative design solutions

· Responsiblefor business development and management of client accounts

· Conducts design reviews with team to promote innovative design solutions

· Interprets contracts and organizes staffing/work plans to provide required scope of work

· Identifies and prepares project proposals and add services with review from studio and project leadership

· Implements and oversees QA/QC process within the project schedule.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from a four-year college or university with a Council for Interior Design Accreditation curriculum

· OR a Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.Arch) or Master's Degree (M.Arch) in Architecture from a four-year college or university with an accredited architectural curriculum (National Architectural Accrediting Board or Canadian Architectural Certification Board).

· 13+ years’ experience.

· NCIDQ or NCARB certification.

· Proficiency with Revit, BIM360, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience with AutoCAD and construction management tools such as Procore a plus.

COMMUNICATION AND REASONING SKILLS

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients.

· Ability to effectively present information.

· Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

· Ability to work independently to solve problems involving multiple options.
