We work with clients to optimize their operations, create work environments and manage real estate. We are looking for a Country Finance Lead – Enterprise to join our team in Amsterdam.
What will you do?
As Country Finance Lead – Enterprise you are responsible overseeing the financial operations of CBRE GWS Enterprise in the Netherlands, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will report directly to the Regional Financial Director and work closely with the various business lines within the organization. Your main responsibilities include:
Business partner to operations and various business functions. Provide insight into the financial implications of business decisions
Manage and coordinate enterprise platform finance team ensuring professional growth of direct reports
Coordinate the services provided for the country by the CBRE’s business service organization
Provide financial support and insights for the Enterprise accounts operating in the country
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within the organization
Monitoring and managing the organization's financial risks and opportunities
Manage month end close activities for the platform delivered accounts
Maintain and promote strong governance and internal controls for finance processes in country
Monitor the compliance with local laws and regulations for the Enterprise accounts operating in the country
Create financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Prepare and manage the budget, including forecasting future revenues and expenses
Actively involved in working capital management
Lead implementation of various financial projects in the country
Ad-hoc analysis, projects, and reporting
The ideal candidate for this position has:
A completed degree at WO level in finance, accounting, or a related field
7+ years’ experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis or external financial audit
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex financial data
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders within the organization
A proactive attitude and the ability to work and make decisions independently
Fluent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
