UK Research Analyst

To further strengthen our UK Research Team, we are seeking three high-calibre research professionals. We have a close-knit team of around 25 problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who strive to make things better, and no task is too big or too small. The team works closely with CBRE colleagues with the common goal of providing data-led strategic insights and an excellent service to CBRE’s clients.

These roles will be wide ranging, covering a range of real estate sectors, but there will be a focus on residential, retail, logistics and OPRE asset classes. As a result, the successful candidates will gain immediate exposure to a variety of initiatives working on different products, including market reports, and thought leadership projects. There will also be the opportunity to collaborate across several teams and to work on bespoke client centric consulting projects.

Analysts will be expected to use property data intelligently, from both internal and external sources, to produce insightful research outputs, presentations, and client consultancy related work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and progressive research team within a leading global real estate consultancy. We look forward to welcoming you.

Key Requirements

• A graduate, ideally with an economics, geography, real estate, or science-based degree.

• Preferably 2 years’ experience in a research-based role.

• Knowledge of the residential, retail or logistics sectors preferred.

• Good numeracy and writing skills, with the ability to present data, information, methodologies and results effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Proficiency in data collection, manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• A collaborative and inclusive style to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to be flexible, and work well under pressure to manage workload.

• Accurate with exceptional attention to detail.
